Watching an episode of season 3 of 24. Woman trying to convince man with gun to own head to not shoot himself. They grapple with the gun, he pushes her down, commits suicide.
Ian: Oh great, now her fingerprints are on the gun.
Me: Yeah but she won't have any GSR on her hands.
(pause)
Ian: You watch WAY too much CSI.
Jokes aside, Ian and I have been getting stuck into the DVD boxsets of 24, thanks to Adrian. I think these sets have been passed around his circle of friends many a time, and for good reason - what a great series! We have determined that we wouldn't be able to wait for a week between each episode though, DVD is definitely the better means of watching the show.
Random Jack Bauer fact:
When a convicted terrorist was sentenced to face Jack Bauer, he appealed to have the sentence reduced to death.
Oh, and another, which explains something we chatted about with Nikki and Matt (nice to see you again guys!):
Jack Bauer doesn't need to eat, sleep, or use the bathroom because his organs are afraid of making him angry.

I asked my boss if a document I was sending him was his 'eyes only'.
Waaaaaaay to much 24 for Ian.
Seasons 4 & 5 are now also available for you to watch.
Jack is seen eating in Season 5.
I'm still trying to figure out if I should watch Season 6 live or on DVD.
Watching too much 24 does turn you into a freak though. I've been telling people all week that don't have level 5 clearance.
That's one series I can not get into. I found the acting of his wife and daughter (Elisha Cuthbert), in series 1, were total crap. They both made me despise the series. Haven't watched it since. If you can assure me that, either, their acting has improved, or they're not members of the cast of season 2 and 3, I could maybe watch it again. I do love, LOST, HOUSE MD, PRISON BREAK.
Acting shcmackting.
It's about the suspense.
When was the last time someone someone on house set off two nuclear bombs.
Damn you Adrian, 2 Nukes, now you've just spoiled it for me. No need to watch it now. :-)
