Bits

Right now the flat smells like baking muffins, it's a nice change from the smell of ant repellant and smoke from the neighbour.

I'm about to sit down to Heroes with a freshly baked goodie and a coffee - Ian should go away more often!
He goes on these conferences like once a month and it's usually quite cool - I get to lounge around and eat whatever (tonight - case in point - too dry scrambled eggs) and don't have to worry about putting my shoes away until the morning. He's by far the neater one of us; I pretend I'm also neat too but it's really a lie.

I'm cross stitching a little bear thingy, cute huh? I'll give him eyes soon.

Next plan - embroider a cotton bag. I'm thinking leaves.

We got the environmental search list back today - things are moving along with the new flat. We're hoping to complete and move in on the 19th October.
